We have dedicated dynamic and efficient Legal and Acquisition teams who carry out thorough and efficient due diligence on each property to ensure a smooth and timely sales process.
We have a proven track record and to date we have acquired 31 properties, of which 21 have been leased and the rest are in the process of refurbing. An additional 65 properties are sale agreed with a further 100 in negotiations.
